World famous RAF Red Arrows set to open and close The Battle of Britain Airshow
We have already confirmed that the world-famous Royal Air Force Red Arrows will open the Battle of Britain Airshow on the 25th June. We’re now pleased to announce they will also be closing the show on Sunday 27th June!
Subject to the final approval of the RAF Events Team the world-famous Royal Air Force aerobatic team, the Red Arrows, are to make a spectacular return to Headcorn Aerodrome, opening and closing the 2021 Battle of Britain Airshow. Their attendance at the 2021 Battle of Britain Airshow provides an early opportunity to see their display routine in the 2021 display season.
A firm favourite with the crowds, you will now be able to see them display on both the Friday and Sunday of the Battle of Britain Airshow. The Red Arrows’ 2021 display will continue a long-held aim to demonstrate the excellence of the Royal Air Force and showcase the best of British, while inspiring people of all ages and backgrounds.
The Battle of Britain Airshow was the only conventional airshow to go ahead in the UK last summer. The event is pre-sale ticket admission only and sold out well in advance last year. So if you want to get your airshow fix this year, make sure you pre-book your tickets which are available now!
