It was great having you!
The show is over and we hope you enjoyed it!
The cold and windy conditions presented us with some challenges and we needed to ad lib somewhat with the flying agenda but we hope you enjoyed the aerial content. Any flying Douglas Dakota is a rare sight these days and to be able to present both of ours at the show was really special.
However the stars of the show were all of you who attended the event on any of the three days. Your compliance with the Covid guidance that we put in place to keep social distance was impressive and for that we say a very big big thank you.
We must also say a very big thank you to everyone who supported the Battle of Britain Airshow, specifically the Aero Legends volunteers who are the backbone of the show and the fantastic display pilots, who despite the challenging weather put on a fantastic performance.
Lastly! A huge congratulations to Flt Lt Charlie Brown who on Friday (most probably upside down over Headcorn Aerodrome at the time) achieved 1500 Spitfire flying hours.
We look forward to seeing you again next year (hopefully at our normal June/July slot) but in the meantime please enjoy some pictures from the show.
